Puppies Behind Bars is a program that uses the natural loving affection of puppies to give prisoners a second chance. I was watching Oprah yesterday when I learned about this program. It is such a win win situation for everyone. The convicted felons are given puppies that they must train to prepare them to become service dogs for wounded soldiers.
